Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate order fulfillment.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed, up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services and cross-train in related areas as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or relevant experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
