Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Update and maintain customer records and account information in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to meet daily performance goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Perform data entry tasks and generate routine reports as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
