- Upselling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or products to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer retention.
