- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails during the night shift, providing accurate and timely assistance.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose customer problems and provide effective solutions, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain CRM Records: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Follow Protocols: Adhere to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance guidelines to ensure consistency across all support channels.
- Proactive Communication: Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive updates regarding their orders or service status.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of critical customer cases.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time or part-time basis.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure.
- Reliability: A history of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
