Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our proprietary software.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Update customer records and provide feedback to management on recurring issues.

Qualifications
