Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone and email in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer orders and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Input and verify customer data into our internal database systems with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and service targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in training new hires on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
