Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company database.
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude during high-volume periods.
- Assist in training new hires and contributing to team goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
