Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate customer records and databases.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and product issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience necessary; full training provided.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
