- Process orders and update customer records in our database accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and workflow.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Assist in inventory management and basic data entry tasks.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ wpm).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
