Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or holidays as business needs dictate.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in our Atlanta, GA office.
