Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory (we train).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone voice.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with tablets or POS systems.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
