Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and product displays.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for qualified applicants.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
