Responsibilities

- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 30-40 WPM.
