Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing, shipping, and product issues using CRM systems
- Process returns and exchanges while maintaining company policies
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Collaborate with support team on complex customer cases
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome!)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Available to work evenings/weekends (schedule flexibility required)
- No experience necessary – we provide full paid training
