Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in inventory management and loss prevention activities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and product performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory (Entry Level).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation and availability for flexible shifts, including weekends.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
