Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend store operations and staff scheduling
- Train and motivate 5-8 hourly associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain high service standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans and promotional campaigns
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and cash management
- Submit performance reports and operational feedback to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years supervisory or retail leadership experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency and POS system experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid California driver's license (for inventory runs)
