- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor while representing our brand values.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Assist in training new hires to foster a supportive team environment.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
