Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions and resolve billing discrepancies using our proprietary CRM system
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining strict data privacy protocols
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex issues within 24-hour SLA
- Participate in daily huddles and quarterly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through weekly feedback sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
