Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and questions with patience, accuracy, and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback to improve service protocols.
- Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
