Responsibilities

- Resolve Customer Issues: Diagnose problems and provide effective solutions or escalate complex issues to senior management.
- Document Interactions: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Build Rapport: Establish positive relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales and product teams to provide feedback and improve service protocols.

Qualifications
