Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Process transactions, answer billing questions, and provide product information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must possess basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the El Paso location.
