- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through continuous training.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services to meet performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
