- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and suggest improvements to our service processes.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
- Provide product recommendations and upsell services where appropriate to meet team goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating web-based software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
