- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Collaborate with senior support staff to handle escalations professionally.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through continuous learning.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of incoming customer inquiries professionally.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and account-related issues.
- Educate customers on product features and usage best practices.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping in internal databases.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay them to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web browsers.
