Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process transactions and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our database systems.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to meet revenue goals.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and system improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
