Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to clients and customers at the receiving dock.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, labeling, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards before shipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
