Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with daily operations including stocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash payments with precision.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the facility meets high standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate software applications.
