Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist end-users with troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries via phone and email.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on office equipment and workstations.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, friendly, and professional communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain relevant certifications (paid training provided).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
