Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to 500+ employees via phone, chat, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS hardware and software
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Document IT incidents and resolutions using ServiceNow
- Deploy and maintain network printers/scanners and mobile devices
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Conduct quarterly hardware audits and asset management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud services
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
