Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to the store manager.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring sales floor standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
