Responsibilities

- Document all customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM database accurately and efficiently.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support engineers when necessary.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers to resolve common IT problems independently.
- Collaborate with the IT department to identify trends and improve internal support processes.
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and understanding of operating systems (Windows/Mac).
