Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment using standard packaging materials and equipment.
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Sort and organize inventory on the warehouse floor and in the stockroom.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track stock levels and shipments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to operate machinery and work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- A valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
