Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages or errors and report discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Package and label goods securely to ensure safe transport.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
