Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Sort, stock, and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare customer orders by picking, packing, and scanning items.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely following all safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
