Responsibilities
- Manage inventory operations using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Execute order fulfillment with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse activities
- Coordinate cross-functional team workflows
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits
- Document all processes in compliance with SOPs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
