Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments using warehouse equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing safety training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – we train on-site!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid California driver’s license (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation to our Los Angeles facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training
- Must pass pre-employment background check
