Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times (5S methodology).
- Load/Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secure and handled with care.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and reading labels.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
