Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Inventory management, including scanning and counting stock.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and other warehouse equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to the New York or PA location.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
