We are looking for individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to a successful operation.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise Processing: Sort, scan, and organize incoming inventory with accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and co-workers to meet daily production goals.
- Packaging: Properly package items for domestic and international shipping.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not strictly required for entry-level roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk on various surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background: Must pass a standard background check.
