Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to maintain workflow.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure inventory accuracy and product integrity.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Collaborate with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Organize and maintain a clean, clutter-free workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with the legal right to work in the US.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
