Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and freight.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using manual and power equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation to prevent shortages.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (equivalent experience considered).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
