Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select and package merchandise for shipment using hand trucks and scanners.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process inbound and outbound freight, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for defects and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- License: Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
