- Handle inbound/outbound client inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce database
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex cases
- Maintain 95%+ quality assurance metrics per monthly review
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on new protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
