Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts with precision while maintaining flexible scheduling preferences
- Collaborate cross-functionally using our proprietary scheduling platform to accommodate personal commitments
- Deliver exceptional service during assigned self-selected shifts (including evenings/weekends)
- Process weekly payroll documentation and reconcile transactions with 100% accuracy
- Optimize workflow efficiency using our flexible task management system
- Participate in monthly innovation workshops to enhance flexible work protocols
- Maintain compliance with all federal/state labor regulations for flexible arrangements
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in customer service or operations with flexible scheduling background
- Proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Exceptional time management and self-discipline in autonomous work environments
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits
- Ability to work independently while maintaining proactive communication standards
- Experience with weekly payroll processing and reconciliation procedures
- Strong analytical skills for optimizing flexible shift coverage across departments
- Certification in Flexible Work Practices (preferred)
