Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or logistics
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficient in digital scheduling and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability during peak seasons
