Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels with 95% satisfaction rating
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries within SLA timeframes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience workflows
- Document and report customer feedback to inform product enhancements
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system

Qualifications
