Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize flexible work schedules for 15+ team members across departments
- Implement dynamic scheduling systems to accommodate personal commitments and business needs
- Facilitate seamless communication between team members and stakeholders regarding schedule changes
- Monitor and analyze scheduling metrics to ensure operational efficiency and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain digital scheduling platforms using specialized software
- Act as primary point of contact for schedule-related inquiries and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- 3+ years in scheduling, operations, or administrative coordination
- Expertise in scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, WhenWorks, or similar platforms)
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
