- Manage weekend shift teams (5-8 associates) to ensure operational excellence

Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., When I Work)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for inventory runs)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
