Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input data into our CRM and database systems.
- Maintain and update client records with the highest level of precision.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams regarding data inquiries.
- Review and verify data for errors to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding daily tasks and challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
