Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems and recommending solutions.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using the company ERP system.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product catalog to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback in the CRM database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
